Kenya + Zanzibar is a bucket list trip for those with a desire to be fully immersed in Maasai culture, see native animals in their natural habitat on safari, and SCUBA dive in pristine waters. This expedition spans between mainland Africa and the beachy Tanzanian island of Zanzibar. You’ll get the chance to explore this part of Africa through immersive experiences, such as, engaging with Maasai people through song and dance! Moondance groups will explore conservancies home to monkeys, elephants, rhinos, and others as you experience game drives, even at night! Once on the island of Zanzibar, you’ll really plunge yourself in the water off the coast of Tanzania, enjoying the sun and the sand. These turquoise waters are begging you to jump in and get the best there is under the surface, experiencing another side of this amazing country. Experience Africa like you never have before, delving into the rich culture of Kenya + Zanzibar.

Leadership

Grades 9th-12th

Leadership trips are crafted to hone your expedition skills in the most rugged, challenging and beautiful terrain we offer. One part wilderness immersion, one part leadership curriculum, these adventures are designed for those looking to increase their skills in the wild and in the world. Service

Grades 8th-12th

Some of the wildest and most wondrous destinations can open your eyes to the greatness of giving back. Our Service trips are designed to take you off the beaten path with a purpose. Immerse yourself in a deeper version of adventure travel, by making a positive impact on the communities and environments you visit.

Waitlist

This trip is currently full and we are accepting students on a waitlist through enrollment request submissions. You may be enrolled in a trip and on another trip’s waitlist. There is no financial obligation to be placed on a waitlist, and you can be on as many waitlists as you would like.
