Katelyn, 25, steps into her first summer with Moondance as a recent graduate of Appalachian State University from Glade Valley, North Carolina, bringing a grounded and globally informed leadership style. Her background includes Peace Corps service, where she facilitated community health and agriculture trainings, co-taught English classes, and supported local education initiatives in an international setting. She also spent five summers working at camp in a variety of roles, from counselor to operations support staff, with a strong focus on team building, conflict resolution, and camper care across age groups.
