Get your hands dirty while working in the botanical gardens of Kauai! Your group may work with a local scientist researching native species and breadfruit – a true “whole food” that contains carbs, protein, and many nutrients necessary to support life. Many of the native plants are severely endangered due to overgrowth of invasive species. Protection and preservation of these native plants is of the utmost importance to Hawaiian culture and your role this summer will help with these efforts.

Navigate the most stunning waters in the Pacific as you gaze up at living emerald walls and explore beaches only accessible by boat.
