service

Get your hands dirty with the Waipa Foundation and work in the gardens and fields of paradise. Focusing on the taro root, you’ll learn about how this indigenous plant is a staple in local cuisine and culture. Protect and preserve this plant and the unique conditions that make it grow. As you work, you’ll have time for snorkel breaks in Hanalei Bay.

sea kayaking

The bright green cliffs of the Na Pali coastline rise from the sea in an iconic display, sometimes seen on hollywood screens, but best seen up close and personal. You’ll have the best view in your ocean kayak as you paddle the famous coastline on an epic excursion. Navigate the most stunning waters in the Pacific as you gaze up at living emerald walls and explore beaches only accessible by boat.

hiking

Walk the alien landscapes and lava flow of Volcanoes National Park. Witness the unique island geology that causes the mainland to always be growing and changing due to active volcanoes. Walk on lava tubes and black obsidian, and watch bright red lava flowing right into the sea as you explore the ever changing scenery and geologic wonder.
