Will, now 24, brings his passion for mentorship and the outdoors to his second summer with Moondance. Originally from Kinston, North Carolina, Will graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Environmental Science. His journey with leadership began during his high school years when he worked as a counselor at Camp Cheerio, where he cherished the opportunity to create memorable experiences for his campers. Inspired by his love for mentorship and the outdoors, Will joined the Moondance team, previously leading the Olympics trip and Spain + Morocco, he has created countless unforgettable memories for his students. During the past winter, he honed his teaching skills at Snowbird Resort, sharing his love for skiing with others. Now, as he returns for his third summer, Will is excited to lead the Madeira expedition, eager to continue fostering growth, connection, and adventure among his students. We are thrilled to have Will back with us, and we look forward to another incredible summer filled with fun and meaningful experiences under his leadership.
