Sarah, 22, is a recent graduate of Tulane University where he studied Environmental Studies and Public Health. She grew up in Charleston, South Carolina and spent her summers exploring the world on various leadership trips. Prior to joining the Moondance family last summer, Sarah worked for Green River Preserve as an expedition leader for 6th – 10th graders teaching outdoor skills, growing her students leadership ability, and building relationships. Sarah’s ability to connect with young people translated extremely well as she led our Northern Lights trip in Alaska last summer! While at Tulane, Sarah worked for Tulane Outdoor Adventures as a trip leader and also studied abroad in Chile. Sarah is driven, fun loving and passionate about her students–and we can’t wait for her to bring that back to the table in Year 2!
