Palmer, 21, hailing from Mobile, AL, eagerly anticipates her role as a Moondance trip leader, guiding the British Columbia expedition. Heading into her senior year at Sewanee, where she’s pursuing a double major in Politics and Natural Resources, Palmer brings a wealth of outdoor experience. As a former lifeguard in Tuscaloosa, and with summers spent working on a ranch in Wyoming and counseling at Camp Nakanawa, Palmer is well-equipped for leadership in the great outdoors. With previous Moondance adventures in Fiji, Chamonix, and Mystery Trips in Alaska and Hawaii, Palmer understands the transformative power of exploration. We are so excited to have Palmer on board this summer and can’t wait to see her crush it up in British Columbia!
