May May, now 25, brings her passion for community engagement and education to her role as a seasoned Trip Leader with Moondance. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, May May attended Vanderbilt University, where she graduated in 2021 with a degree in Human and Organizational Development and a minor in Special Education. Having obtained a Masters in Special Education at Vanderbilt, May May now resides in Denver, CO, working as a teacher. During her high school years, May May was heavily involved with organizations such as the National Charity League, Relay for Life, and Steer Smart, and she maintains her involvement with Relay for Life in Nashville. With a deep appreciation for the transformative communities fostered by Moondance trips, May May is eager to share her experiences with her students. Having participated in Moondance trips to the Pacific Northwest, Northern Lights, and Kilimanjaro, May May understands the profound impact of these experiences firsthand. After leading successful trips to California Discovery, Colorado River, Slovenia, and Chamonix, May May returns for her fifth year as a Moondance Leader, now leading the Mystery trip. We are thrilled to have May May back with us, and we know she will inspire her students to embrace new challenges and forge lifelong connections. Welcome back, May May!
