Lucy, now 21, continues her journey with Moondance, bringing her infectious enthusiasm and love for community to her new role as a Trip Leader. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Lucy is currently a junior at TCU in Fort Worth, Texas, proudly representing the Horned Frogs. Introduced to Moondance by her cousin and Trip Leader, May May Lanier, Lucy fell in love with the program during her own adventures on the Northern Lights, Kilimanjaro, and Yosemite trips as a student. Her passion for the Moondance community is evident in her belief that it creates lasting connections beyond the boundaries of a single trip. Now, fulfilling her dream of becoming a leader, Lucy joins the Moondance team for her second summer as a Trip Leader on the Big Wild expedition after leading in Colorado last year. With her boundless energy and genuine commitment to giving back, Lucy is poised to make a positive impact and create meaningful experiences for her students. We are thrilled to have Lucy on board, continuing the legacy of community and camaraderie that defines Moondance.
