JP, 22, is a new graduate from Tulane University, with a major in Environmental Studies and minor in Philosophy. JP will be returning to Moondance after spending his first summer leading the Pacific Northwest trip in 2023; he is sure to leave an equally massive impact on his 2024 students as he did with his PNW kids! Originally, from West Chester, Pennsylvania, he first discovered his passion for the outdoors at Camp Kingsley Pines, for which he later worked as a camp counselor. While a camp counselor, he found joy in growing his campers’ worldviews, gratitude, and confidence. During the fall of 2020, he did a semester long NOLS course in the Rockies and gained invaluable outdoor experiences. At Tulane, he is the founder of the wrestling club, a campus tour guide, a representative of the rock climbing club, a member of the outdoor adventures club and a member of the art and gardening club. He spent the fall of his senior year studying in Lisbon, Portugal before completing his final semester of college in Sydney, Australia. Welcome back to the Moondance Family, JP Lisi!
