Jackson, now 22, brings his passion for adventure and leadership to the Moondance team once again. Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Jackson recently graduated from Wofford College with a degree in English. With a background in coaching lacrosse for six years, Jackson cherishes the relationships he built with his players and brings that same spirit of mentorship to his role as a trip leader. His love for adventure led him to study food sustainability and photojournalism at Copenhagen University in 2022, and to spend a summer exploring 27 national parks while working in Jackson Hole. Jackson’s easy-going and confident personality makes him an ideal guide for Moondance students, as he leads them towards leadership and FUN! This summer, he takes on the role of Trip Leader for the Iceland expedition, where his enthusiasm for exploration and dedication to mentorship will undoubtedly create unforgettable experiences for his group.
