Elizabeth, now 22, brings her enthusiasm and leadership skills to her role as a returning Trip Leader with Moondance. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Elizabeth is a rising senior at the University of Virginia, where she is studying Systems Engineering. Alongside her academic pursuits, Elizabeth is an active member of the varsity field hockey team and the Society of Women Engineers. Her adventurous spirit led her to spend a semester studying at the prestigious London School of Economics. Elizabeth’s journey with Moondance began when she experienced the joy, laughter, and learning on the Maui trip as a student. Inspired by her own transformative experience, Elizabeth led the California trip last summer, and she is excited to lead the Ecuador + Galapagos trip this summer. With her passion for adventure and her dedication to fostering meaningful connections, Elizabeth is poised to be an exceptional leader.
