Daniel, 23, brings a wealth of outdoor experience and a deep passion for mentorship to the Moondance team. Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, Daniel graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with degrees in English and History. His adventurous spirit has led him on expeditions to summit the Grand Teton with Wilderness Adventures, embark on an Outward Bound journey, and undertake a semester-long NOLS program in Patagonia. As a former counselor at Camp Longhorn, Daniel honed his leadership skills and cultivated his love for guiding young adventurers. With his infectious enthusiasm for the outdoors and commitment to student growth, Daniel is poised to lead the Iceland trip this summer, building unforgettable experiences and fostering a spirit of exploration among his students.
