Bess, 21, returns to Moondance for her fourth year as a Moondancer after attending our Thailand and Dolomites trips as a student and then leading our California trip last summer! Bess is from Concord, North Carolina and is a rising junior at Washington and Lee University where she is majoring in Journalism. Before starting college, she spent 3-months backpacking in Colorado and Utah and then working at a tourist shop in Kennebunkport, Maine! In 2022 prior to working for Moondance, Bess helped lead adventure trips for the Kids Program at the Paradise Guest Ranch in Buffalo, WY. She couldn’t be more excited to return for another summer and use her captivating personality, high energy, and love for Moondance to create the trip of a lifetime in Ecuador + the Galapagos !
