Ben, now 21, brings his dynamic personality and leadership skills to his role as a Trip Leader with Moondance. Hailing from Dunwoody, Georgia, Ben is a rising senior at the University of Georgia, where he studies Entertainment Media Studies. In Athens, Ben dedicates much of his time outside the classroom to serving the Men’s Basketball Team as a Creative Media Student Volunteer, contributing to various media projects such as recap videos and live-tweeting games. Ben’s leadership journey began in high school through his involvement in multiple clubs and teams, and further flourished during his summers at YMCA Camp High Harbour. Over the past four summers, Ben has served as a counselor, Advanced Leadership Academy Head Counselor, and Program Director for Media, honing his leadership skills and cultivating his passion for mentorship. With his dynamic and charismatic personality, Ben is poised to make a lasting impact on his students as he leads the South Africa trip this summer. We are thrilled to welcome Ben back to the Moondance team, and we know he will inspire and empower his students to embrace new experiences and create lifelong memories.
