Alexa, 21, is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was born in the small town of Wake Forest, NC. Alexa was a Varsity cheerleader at UNC, cheering on both the basketball and football teams during her time in college and served as a cheer captain in her senior year. Not only is she a cheerleader on the sidelines though, but a self-proclaimed “cheerleader” in life for others! From going on Teens Camping Tour of the West in high school to going camping with her dad growing up, Alexa feels at home in the outdoors and is excited to share that passion with her students this summer. While at UNC, Alexa also had an internship the summer before her junior year in Barcelona, worked as a legal assistant in preparation for applying to law school and was active in her sorority as well. We are so excited to have Alexa on board this summer and cannot wait to see how she cheers on her kids this summer!!
