Thoroughly exploring the spectacular Greater Yellowstone region of Wyoming, the Grand Ascents expedition will satisfy anyone who seeks to gain advanced backcountry and climbing experience. You'll culminate your development with a summit attempt of the 13,771 foot Grand Teton, one of North America's most famous mountains and classic climbs.
Backpacking -- Wind River Range, WY
Develop solid wilderness travel skills on an extended backpacking trip into the Wind River Range, the highest and most unspoiled mountains in Wyoming. Traverse soaring ridges, negotiate dramatic passes, and maybe even play in the snow in July. Enjoy fly-fishing in the Wind Rivers' trout-filled lakes.
Rock Climbing and Mountaineering -- Grand Teton National Park
