Molly is a native of Grosse Pointe, Michigan, where she first learned of Moondance. Two trips later, Molly was an experienced outdoor student leader and continued to refine her peer leadership skills as captain of the girl’s hockey team at Grosse Pointe South. Molly has traveled extensively in Chile and Argentina, and continues to seek out leadership opportunities through her experiences as a docent at a museum, a high school hockey coach for girls, a mentor at an after-school program while in Chile and most recently, as a kindergarten teacher in a bilingual school in Denver where she teaches only in Spanish! Molly graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Elementary Education and Spanish Literature.
