Aaron grew up in Columbus, OH and attended Indiana University, where he spent four summers as a counselor for Teton Valley Ranch Camp in Jackson, Wyoming. Here he was able to open the world of adventure to 11-16 year olds through extended backpacking trips. Copey is a graduate of the Colorado Outward Bound School where he first experienced the life-changing effect of wilderness travel. He has lived in New Zealand and traveled throughout Ireland, the Kingdom of Tonga, Fiji, Turkey, Greece, England, Switzerland, the Caribbean, and Canada and spent 5 months exploring South America last year. Copey has been living in Boulder, CO for the past year and plays the guitar and mandolin in his spare time!
